About Me

I’m Lisa and I’m the creator of flourish fit coaching.

I have been training for 5 years, teaching fitness classes for 2 years and been coaching for over a year now!

I weight train, run and do a lot of hyrox style training (like conditioning). I’ve got a background in fat loss, muscle building, strength training and endurance/ performance hybrid training.

I work with people who want to either: - loose body weight - gain muscle - build strength - beginners with hybrid/ hyrox training / running - beginners in the gym - building up gym confidence (especially with weights) - those who have prior gym/ training experience but want to become better - online clients who need some help with a consistent plan to level up their progress/ results

I believe in an 80/20 % approach- From my own experience, this has been the most sustainable, enjoyable and consistent way for me to achieve results and the clients I’m working with enjoy this too! I do work with clients who need to prep for things like a holiday or a wedding where things are going to be a bit stricter in terms of approach but only for a period of time

I offer 1-1, 2-1 Personal Training & online coaching within the southside of Glasgow
